I HAVE LG55UP7550PTZ WITH 4K BROKEN DISPLAY. AND MANY MORE PANELS R THERE. WHICH OTHER PANEL WILL BE SUITABLE FOR THESE.

Thanks for your comments, it's absolutely impossible for a technician to stock pile all kind of led strips,except such wants to be a whole sales dealer of such,have a nice day.

Thank you for sharing such repairs with us, often this problem is caused by the falling of those light-dispersing lenses, but you said that they did not fall, this is how the image appears to be defective,the screen must be re-raised and the LED lights can be accessed and the matter discovered, perhaps someone has removed all of these light dispersing lenses.

I have repaired a few TV sets and I found out that the cool white led's show bright like yours, when the led's are supposed to be warm white , Same voltages for both , it is annoying when schematics and parts lists are not available , I do stock a few different kinds of led's as far as volt's and sizes , but I can't stock every one out there .....

It is a very good attempt! Kindly use the same backlight of the working panel and place it exactly in the same place as it was. Then it might work. Congratulations and all the very best!
