almost have the same problem except the whole house with electricity. My niece tried to turn on the computer, she could hear the ticking in the electricity box where all the wires are connected. then boom, loud noice and smoke was all over the room, dark smelly smoke. Lucky for her the fuse was blown and the electricity was shut down. Thank God that my niece was safe.
She called me and I found out that there was a leak of water inside the electrical box that compine all the wires there and it caused some some in the main keys there which caused the fuse to blow. it was raining a day before and i guess water found finds it way inside the cables.
I took all the electrical keys and wires outside but before that, I took a close up photos of the whole thing before I took it apart. I took all the keys out and all the wires diconnected and started cleaning and drying up all the conponent there. then my brother went up on the roof and foud where it was leaking and he close it with some silicon material that he has in his shop. now, everything had to come back, so I started to put everything back together. to tell you the turth it was lots of fun and it was very easy to do. now, everything is back to normal and the electricity in the house is safe to operate. I thank God for protection upon my niece and I thank God that all is well now.
