No, I pulled out the keyboard and separated only the protective foil.
All other parts was not separated.

In my country I can buy distilled water on every gas station.
It is used in summer time in cars as cooling liquid too.

Hi Yogesh, thanks you because you support my article.
I personally do not use alcohol in my service. It is flammable, I dont like how it smells. Ok, that is only one side of why I dont use it, but, the other side is that alcohol, even Isopropyl or not, it will dissolve ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl butyral, many oils, alkaloids, gums and natural resins and other stuff too. It could be dangerous ( must not be in every situation ) for the compound glues which is used on a keyboard or other stuff. It will dissolve the colors of the letters but must not happen.
For me is better to buy distilled water and put detergent for kitchen in.
Distilled water is demineralized and have no minerals in it which could left over any traces of dirty. Did not conduct current so can not harm for electronic connections or so. Alcohol evaporate too fast and maybe dont clean all the dirty stuff from hidden places from the keyboard and so.
This is only my opinion...
