Thanks for your comments and informations.lnfact because of rampant of fire incidents caused by lithium-ion cell,I make it a point of duty not to charge at night when the family is at sleep in case of fire.

I also have many 18650 Lithium-ion cells in my home, mostly in many portable devices. And also have bought several 12V 3S charger boards (for 3 x 18650 cells in serie). But sadly they had China design bugs and also wrong soldered or missing parts why my 12V batterypack(s) probably never stay completely charged for very long and hardly are trustworthy when charged or used.
And I keep hearing in the news about many burned down factories and house fires were Lithium battery packs are involved. Like at electric scooter depots and so on. And I am very careful to prevent any fire that might happen and starts when I'm not home. That is why I keep about 20 of those not used yet new 18650 cells in a special fire proof ARRIS LIPO BAG. Also because Lithium fires once started also are very hard to stop! Even by professional fireman!
