I was also not found any reference for S9263 Led driver IC.but traced it was used in circuit same way as per IC SIC9763.

The 7 pin smd pwm ic probably was an S9263 or 59263 ic? And likely no Viper type ic? Tried to search for a matching datasheet but sadly nothing was found.
