As you asked about another TV white spots light on the screen indicates problem with Diffuser, Domes maybe not original or try it by updating firmware.

Perhaps the light diffusers were previously repair with glue that was not appropriate for the application. If the LEDs are shining through the LCD screen there is a problem with light dispersion. Using something like regular superglue (cyanoacrolate) will give similarly bad results. An optically clear uv curable adhesive is best but they are specialized and not readily available at your locally store. If this is the case there is nothing you can do about it. Even attempting to remove the glue will likely damage the LEDs and/or diffusers. Perhaps you can decrease the brighntness so is is not so noticeable?

Imoudu, for someone with only three years experience you did an excellent job of troubleshooting on what could have been a show stopper. I am now retired, but I spent my lifetime in electronics equipment repair.I still keep my hands in it when possible. I too ask God to help me do repairs. Jesus has never let me down. Good day fellow colleagues,pls i need someone help to solve one challenge:I Just changed the screen of 32" lg tv model 32LH500D, when it was switch on everything is ok , but there are 21 white spots light on the screen, which indicate are the leds.The leds' domes are not fallen off though.Leds output voltage is 50.38. Tv age 8yrs but use for about 4 yrs.Pls any suggestions

You say bad job (on the backlights) .... I say this was an ingenious temporary fix assuming he you don't have the proper replacement parts! I actually never considered something like this but that bcos I live in a place where I have the ability and means to order part I want anywhere in the world. For places where this is not an option the local repair guy has to improvise ... and improvise he did!
