Fair enough, but when a mechanic replaces a part, has he fixed the car? In my case the replacement part was not available and I had to find an alternative.

I never use a PC game Joystick to play games on my personal computer but good that you could help your son with his. Although I always can use my XBOX360 wireless 2.4GHz or USB connected game controller for that if my XBOX360 no longer would make it more interesting to play a good game.
