Thanks for sharing. Nowadays, at those big seminars by top marketers, their first topic was about how to achieve good health. Without good health how are we going to do sales? Without sales there will be no income. Similarly, if we do not have good health, we will hard time in focusing on the repair work.

Yes health check is important i have heard of friends having stroke amongst those who don't smoke or drink, one of them is my laksa man who just past off in his sleep age i think 40+, and also one lady who out of a sudden, blood pressure shot up and was paralyze with stroke, there are many incidents of this kind, and usually they don't have medical checkup in their life. I have mine checked at the Government Hospital twice a year. Finally yes I agree with you Jestine, once a year checkup is the best , as we don't know what's inside of our body, that is faulty just like our motherboard haha. What looks good outside may not be the same as what is inside.

Thanks. Yesterday during dinner another friend of mine told me about the PSA test too. I need to check if the full test inclusive of the PSA test. One need to go for check up before it is too late especially at our age.

i am so sorry for your friend. and also it is very good you one time annually
check your body up . i recommend also blood pressure test and sugar in blood
and most important one is PSA test this test show how much is your prostate gland is healthy i am sure all part of your body is healthy because your brain works good
i can see the product of that and this shows all other parts are working in good condition and healthy
