An open start up resistor could actually deliver over 300 Vdc to the circuit under test. A simple mistake made will cause you to remember in your whole life. Take care.

I am new in electronic reparing once i am testing a FET which is in SMPS with out discharging cap so silly Ya no my mistake is only i trust at th bleeder resistor that resistor is open so when i prob on the drain there is a bang. So my advice that don,t trust any device in electronic

One day, when i'm on the feeling down, may be near to be sick. I continue to repair my electronic device, suddenly, i wrong touch the crt video board circuits! You know, i have shock! and shorted by the power. So, i need to give all of you some advice, when you feel not so good, at that time, please just relax dont continue to work or repair something!
