HI Lisa,

Thanks for the comment. Some database websites exist only to make money from advertisement that's why it don't really have much info in it. I guess at the moment the best is still alldatasheet.com

Hi Jorge,

Certain FET when you place your finger to test it with analog meter, the needle will kick up to the center and then will automatically come down. This is also a good FET characteristic. By the way the increase in B+ voltage could be cause by components in the optoisolator circuit. An open resistor in this circuit can cause the B+ voltage to shoot up very high.

Hello Jestine, thanks for the site. I found a datasheet on this site just now that I was looking for a long time. It is for a mosfet K3563 and I have now found NTE part 2903 for it. It comes from a TV that is giving me 225V B+ instead of 133V. So when connected it makes a snapping sound. I checked fet as I am not sure what could be causing it.I took out fet to check with analog TY360 Tianyu (9V and two 1.5v batteries). I follow testing procedure according to ebook but I am not sure. When I put finger to drain and gate it moves up a little at 10X. But when I remove probe it goes back down. Do I have to remove my finger before the red probe? Could it be the mosfet?

Thanks and have a good weekend.
