I have a problem with a philips gx tv. when i switch it on, its blank then after two minutes there is a vertical line on the right side top coner of the screen after 3 to 4 minutes the line start increasing until u can be able to see the picture clearly. sound is normal i changed thr vertical ic but still behaving the same. please help
