Good advice Humberto. Before wasting time & money ordering an IC, first use your Hot Air Rework Station to reseat the pins in case of bad contacts. Some people even recommend removing the IC and applying fresh solder. Also do the same to surrounding components, especially if they are SMD.

That could cause inferior linelity to malfunction. Check the same in the SMPS.
