my experience i check voltage 2 line of 24v and no 5v. PIN of conponent TOP44YN are short. cause radiator not perfect close for dissipation. After change component 5v Is back and no 24v. Is strange for me... i check Google PDF info Is normal! provide signal for standby 24v off. complete cable and riassembly machine Power on all okay!!!

If the primary power section have only one IC then that IC is the power controller IC.
