Albert: it was a very expensive headset that he brought abroad and it seems like he dropped it a lot which caused the power button to malfunction. have a blessed day

Sadly from experience I know that bluetooth devices like TV soundbars have BT modules in them that quit working after a year or so. And after that you need to buy a new complete set bluetooth receiver AND transmitter module because the older models no longer are sold separately which makes it too expensive for any repair! And even the new modules are only warranted for one year because BT modules get quite hot when active!
