A good clean with isopropyl alchohol fixed that.

My Kobo Glo for instance often blocks or fails to start up and the only way to revive it at those moments was to reconnect it to my computer and open the Kobo Glo program. Although it was never broken or defect and bought brandnew, and never had battery issues, it still was never a good reader because of its small 6 inch B&W screen and because of its slow page turning capability. Especially when it is used with small searchable PDF books that simply take too much time to open and the terrible Kobo zoom function refuses to simply show the entire bookpage without any trouble! Why it is a good time to wait for the larger new and better working color E-ink devices. They also can be used for reading comics which simply is not possible on a Kobo Glo!
