I have seen and used two procedures of PCB making .

1.... PCB make with Ferric chloride.
2.... PCB make by halogen or Sun rays.

No. 2 procedure, its very easy and clean process. in this procedure use a spray namely " PCB Etcher" German brand, which makes PCB through spray on print design at PCB then placed at Sun Beam Area. after an hour or two PCB has dry and ready to use. clean with thinner and drill holes before assemble.
