in circuit . this guarantee your health during the test the faulty sets
and decrease panic level of voltage checking

Now, thanks God I am way beyond that point and I am doing my own voltage testing. one important thing I have learnd in voltage testing, when doing the voltage testing you can not be distracted or have something on your mind..you need complete attention other wise you will lose the focus and blow up something.
