I have a old satellite receiver(sd dvb-s) and when try to turn on,the led is not on about 10-15 minutes and then turns on as yellow and the output voltages from powersupply is normal,no signal from bsbe1-701a tuner.what tuner can I use instead of this tuner?bsbe2-401a is possible instead of?it is impossible to find dvb-s tuner on Aliexpress ,just there is only Dreambox tuners...

Good job. The bad 68uF 35V SMD e-cap probably also could have been found by using a higher current 19V DC power supply on the TV's input. Doing so that bad e-cap likely would feel very hot compared to all other components or would go up in smoke. That way presenting itself without much difficulty.
