Printer Repair Course
My partner had just completed a two days printer course for a participant that own a computer shop. Few years ago he actually had taken the Basic Electronic Course but now he wanted the Printer repair course. When i ask him why do you want to take this course and this was how he replied me:
“Nowadays the computer lines is competitive where most of my competitors could visit their customers place and repair it onsite! As for me i have to bring the printer back to my office, call a repair center or send to them and the turn around time would be very long and this would make the customers not happy with the service. I have to learn the extra knowledge so that me too could go out and solve the problem on site without bringing back the printer.”
In order for him to stay ahead of his competitors he had to acquire knowledge otherwise he would loose out to his competitors. Besides learning the printer course, our company also do provide support after the course for students so that they will continue to learn and hopefully can be a professional printer repairer in a very short time. We do sell spare parts and the student/participant can actually bring along any faulty printers for us to diagnose so that he too can learn. All the best to him!
