Thanks you for Moisture Solvent in order to remove moist from PCB s.
The above liquid solution is good. However, Phillips degreaser, Perfect degreaser and service with blower / thermal hot air may be solved the issue. Also, cleaning with some dry solvent like petrol / Thinner might be useful so as to complete remove the moist problem.
I do use always home made solvent in normal repair at workshop like-wise light category thinner.
