Albert: I have done it so many times now and it is generating good income. usually it is the first time hard to take it apart but it gets easier and faster as you go.
it is usually protected but when the customer is careless about this controller then it is an income for me. LOL. have a blessed day

That sure is something I hope never have to repeat with so many hidden screws! I once also fixed a moisty selector panel of a kitchen extractor hood that the wife had tried to clean on the outside with a wet cloth. It caused a bad flex cable with no longer working flexcable selector pushbuttons. Which only could be fixed by replacing it by real wired switches which is only safe when the wire contacts never can be touched! Why they originally use these more protected flex cable push buttons.
