Frankly speaking,I have 21 inch LG slim CRT TV(21fu1r) which has problem of not able to adjusting lower screen pot in the FBT and I found that its crucial components is very similar to below schematic(MC-059C)

I doubt that there would be a faulty component in ABL (Automatic Brightness Limiter) circuit.
Would you mind to let me know How I can check ABL (Automatic Brightness Limiter) circuit whether It has a faulty component or not?

Yes, it is available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. Almost all leading electronic shops do sell it. The number of the FBT is important. But let me tell you that getting it shipped will be very costly, except as a postal article. Sorry, no catalogue is available at my end.

A friend of mine is desperately searching for a few older CRT FBT transformers that are impossible to get in my country these days. Maybe he should try to order them through India or the channels you use? I do not exactly know what FBT's he needs but maybe you have a few addresses where he can order them from? Maybe you have some on-line catalogs that simplify his search?
