Sorry no info on that part number and i guess you may need to try to put in the bigger size diode instead of the SMD. Try UF4007.

Hi Jestine,
Let me know you, I've been repair the smps power supply 24V.
Two mosfets broken and the other smd part, one diode broken too.
The code was 2U67 and it's difficult to find the same type.
What's your suggest to replace that smd diode part?

I am looking for a replacement component. It is labeled D1 on the board which I assume to be a diode, or transistor of some type and it has the label L4 printed on it. The picture below shows what it is if anyone knows what it is that would help me a lot.

HI Burhan,

If you have confirm that it is a diode and have tested it with your meter and it shows short circuit then the diode is faulty and need replacement.
