Thorough cleaning of board using IPA, Dry solder, capacitors, Software corrupted etc. We need to download the service manual and do a Sherlock Holmes detection to find the cause. (LOL)

After a while, my AVR-X500 switches the inputs instead of changing the volume by turning the knob. (Tuner-DVD-.......) Unintelligible!
Have you idea: where is the problem?
