Samsung Laptop R418 suddenly went off without any error on the screen
Received another Laptop for the problem as stated above. On inspection I found this laptop went off suddenly without an error on the screen.
First I have doubt about the adaptor I have checked the Voltages on my meter I found 19V on it, but if adaptor is having problem inside and that may causing the symptom(Customer already informed me about the Battery is no more working and does not Hold the power). Hence I have checked the laptop with another working power adaptor.
Still the problem is same it goes off any time.
So now it is time to diagnose the problem inside the laptop.
After opening the laptop I found too much dust on the PCB and CPU FAN full of the dust.
This is first rule for computer repairing is – it should be free of Dust because due to insufficient air exhausts of hot air will create the problem to functionality of the computer.
Hence my first priority to clean the laptop from inside.
Dismantled the CPU FAN for cleaning and re lubricated it.
After all cleaning process I have reassembled the Laptop and kept it for burn-in tested for 5 Hours it works smooth without any problem.

I always Use WD40 For lubricating electronic and mechanical equipment and tools.

WD40 is about the worse thing you can use unless you're trying to free rusty screws. It becomes very tacky and a dirt magnet. Try some good watch/clock oil. I've heard some people mention sewing machine oil but I haven't tried it. Watch/ clock oil is designed to last many years without evaporating.

You are right any lubricant work as a "Dirt Magnet" when applied in excess quantity i generally never spray WD40 directly on desired place; i always use Doctors needle syringe or "Q tip" for applying to the target place so that dust sticking is prevented, in past i was using Sewing Machine Oil but this oil is so thick and sticky so i avoid this oil.in fact I have tried "4t engine oil" this also works great as a lubricant.
Can you just provide some product detail about Watch/ clock oil because i have not used yet.

You can get the oil anywhere that sells watch/clock tools and stuff. The oil comes in different viscosities. Some of it is more grease than oil. Some are very expensive, but I would use the less expensive for electronics and such. The best thing about it is that it's made to last a long time without evaporating or getting tacky/gummy.
WD40 soon becomes very gummy. I would imagine that when it gets gummy it will cause the fan, or anything else, to work harder and pull more current. When I was a kid I wouldn't even use WD40 on my bicycle chains unless I had nothing else. The only thing I use it for is to remove rusty screws and stuff.

Keeping electronic devices clean is a must to prevent any failures. Good cleaning job Yogesh! Everything that does not count to being just an isolator like, dirt, grease, moisture, or even Carbon (in the form of single-crystal diamond structure, like Silicium or Germanium, are used as a semiconductor) is funest. If there is a Fan but no closed housing there can't be a decent cooling airflow inside either. (Something that I picked up from my Tektronix oscilloscopes that only cool certain chips with a calculated airflow flowing around if the metal housing with the Fan inside is closed. If the inside of the scope would be left open some chips would get real hot because of the failing airflow. And the Fan wouldn't cool the inside at all!).

You are right specially for the laptop. if you can see inside the Desktop minimum 3 Fans required for SMPS /CPU /Chases. with sufficient air circulation inside the BOX. But in Laptop it is worst exhaust design.
