You can do that but it is not necessary if ESR and capacity are still okay. Besides...opening the TV is easy if in future e-caps get bad and need replacing. This already 10 years old TV probably will go bad on other parts before that. Like the leds in the backlight or something else.

I tend to replace most all secondary capacitors if one is gone.

In front of my steer axle a wooden mdf plate is mounted that holds a closeable postbag with 3 inside wooden side plates and one bottom plate. It in a way extends my steer and helps to carry a light large object without blocking my steerhandles. With one hand I hold the steer and with my other hand keep the object on top of the steer. At the back also two other postbags are mounted in kind of the same way with also in the bag inside shifted in mdf sideplates with extra bottom plate. This way any collision with the bags easily keeps any damage limited because of the movable inside sideplates. I couldn't find any matching picture to show how it looks.
