What is the complaint of the Monitor? If the 5 pins components located in the primary side then it is a power ic.

Is the the voltage regulator likely or should I desolder the transformer to look for burnt windings?

It is difficult to rewind such a coil because the wire is too tiny and the diameter of the wire is smaller or same as our hair. Try contact Luca at info@lavinci.it to check for the part.

Do they sell this spare part in the market?
