SMD Rework Station

 

Do we need a SMD Rework Station? The answer is yes if you deal with SMD components repair like troubleshooting and repair computer motherboard, mobile phone, LCD TV and Monitor and etc. We need SMD rework stations for soldering and desoldering SMD devices like flat packages IC’s, small active and passive components and shrinking heat-shrink tubing. The SMD rework station specs were usually have adjustable hot air volume and temperature control, electrostatic proof design, have various nozzles for different kinds of IC to be reworked, power off, auto cooling system will work one minute to keep a long service life of heating core and handle. Consider to invest one if you are serious in SMD component repair.

   hello again Jestine..wanted to share this website with you, was not sure if you have heard of or used this product, I use it and love it, this product has made SMD work much easier for me.I even used it to remove a 50 pin tsop and then replaced with a new one using nothing but my soldering station.......check it out, it's called chip quick..http://www.chipquikinc.com/
