It depends on what type of repair field you want to be in. The common tester you need are:

analog/digital multimeter
digital capacitance meter
Blue ESR meter
Blue Ring Tester
and
oscilloscope (optional)

Tools like cutter, long nose pliers, solder gum, desoldering pump, solder lead are the one that you need.
