I have a Singer LCD TV. Pictures ok, but the sound is not clear. Sound is rattling. Speakers are in good condition. How can I sort out this problem?

Dear sir my prob is i have a sansui model sty1840 the thing is that when i power on red light goes on in standby mode after an hour it power on with green light all okbut turning off again goes on standby plsr badly need ur advice
