Just zoom and see. I bought this from Ali Express long back. It is called Micro-VGA Test Generator.

Your excellent instructions about carefully opening the monitor were superclear! Like the mentioned connectors having a press to release lock. And the way the front frame has to be gently peeled off taking care not to rip off the front panel control connected to the mother board.
Last front frame remove warning instruction also often applies to many tv's too.
