But the top portion of the fan, which houses the highspeed propellor type fan, cannot be removed very easily, as the cover is fixed with sticker tape. That is a problem. Normally, it should come out like the jar we take out of a Mixer-grinder. But it does not even turn.

These modern bladeless fans are ingenious very well designed devices with a very high speed hidden fan in the holder.
Sadly bladeless windgenerator turbines are still fiction.
