You are an inspiration at 72! I opened the door of the cassette player as my cassette reel was stuck. There is a pin like object with a loop which has come out (the part was most likely attached to the door). I don't know where and how it goes but after I put back the door and press the eject button, the door does not open with the usual spring action. I am able to open the door by using a screw driver. I could send you a photograph. Can you help? It is the same model Philips AZ1047/94.
