Dear Parasuraman sir, Namashkaaram. I had a look at your https://jestineyong.com/malfunction-of-both-relays-solved-in-v-guard-voltage-stabilizer-v-g5/
Glad to see the accomishment and thanks for sharing. I have a V-Guard Stabilizer for my refrigerator as mentioned above (posted my query in year 2021)
Now my Relays starts chattering when the Stabilizer is in service for more than 48hrs. Remove the Stabilizer, leave it aside for a day and put it on service, the behaviour is,
Stabilizer works perfect with delay
Output good
But after 2 or 3 days relay chattering starts.
Any guidance here sir for resolving these issues please?
FYI, replaced the transistors, capacitors except capacitors on Relays.
Thanks in advance for your guidance sir

Dear Parasuraman, thanks for ur article and ur interest. One quick question. I m having same stabilizer but the delay is not working. During power off On (like, instant off On, in a very very short moment) the delay not working. Stabilizer out supply becomes ON immediate so the fridge compressor goes thru a struggle at that moment. Can u plz tell which of the 3 Presets is for Time delay adjusts? Thanks in advance.

Yes. I do agree with you. But when the pending work piles up, I may have to cut short my time elsewhere. Moreover, the percentage of people who like to read a lengthy article is very, very less. No time, more importantly no patience! Anyhow many thanks for your feedback!

Yes, using Analogue multimer for checking transistors and diodes is as recommended by our great Jestine Yong in his book! This is a very valuable tool for any electronic technician!

Many thanks for your expert comments! This is kept on top of the Refrigerator, which is normally warm and there is no moisture. The 'paper pressed - pertinax' is news to me! Special thanks for that alone!
