The problem is when switch ONN, the pilot lamp (LED) is light but when push the switch button or remote control the screen still cannot function no sound and picture. Is there problem with mu power supply unit.

I have an lcd 37 inch. devant no display problem.
i've already checked the power supply and 12V AND 5V ARE PRESENT. can you help me regarding this trouble. is it possible that the t-con board is faulty. or it could be the panel board. thank you more power.

Sorry I do not sell spare parts. The DAC voltage need to depends on the model. Get the service manual and you will know about the output.
