that is how I keep fixing the charging cable of my son's phone and Ipad but he keep insisting on buying a new one. once I bought him a cable and it broke in less than a week so I fixed the old reliable one and so far it is working just fine. now my son is convinced it is the right way to go.LOL. thanks for sharing and have a blessed day

Most of the time low quality Charging Cable is the reason,try to make Charging cable using good quality wire,inner copper wire should be thicker than supplier cable.

Albert,Thanks! for providing Links for 3D Printer,I don't have space to keep it and anyway I don't have much use for such things so it is dead investment for me.Hot glue is a better idea but I didn't have it in stock.

Some of re-brand devices coming from a particular continent are defective from factory.I just purchased a brand new Samsung phone with Samsung super fast charger which supposedly to get to full charge within 1h+,but alas this takes almost 3hrs to full charge and otg works two times and stop functioning,so what do we say about colour wires displacement on electronics devices....Just to frustrate electronics'repairers

Good job Yogesh, although using epoxy makes it now very hard literally to open and fix the wires next time. Using hot glue at least would have given the option to remove the glue when needed just by heating it up again and removing it.
