Small and easy to make useful gadgets are always much appreciated Yogesh! Maybe it helps if you use tiny 1206 or 0805 smd leds to solve the housing problem. Recently I 3D printed a cheap USB cable tester with this housing for me and a good friend: https://www.printables.com/model/115638-case-for-usb-cable-tester. The board is this one.
