Hi Dicksky,

Sorry no info on this. It could be the setting problem. Try check from the manual to see if there is any setting. There is one Oppo blue ray player that can only play disc within that country and need to change the setting to play other disc.

how r u.jestin i baught a dvd player(panasonic dvd-xp30) from a person who came from japan.the problem is it can play only original cds n dvds.so pls tell me how to fix that to play any dvds.

thanks for the video, too bad it's low resolution.  shouldn't one discharge the capacitor before testing it with a multimeter or ESR meter?
