The way I see those boards are basic ckts. Im sure you can do it. Im 99.9 sure you can do it, except those xformers if those are avail.

Make sure the power IC is receiving good voltage and that no shorted secondary diodes as well.

Hello,need some info please.I have a SMPS with UA3844 4N25 TL413
Supply does not start,checked all parts and changed
UA3844 and Mosfet.Any help?
Also need the underlayer component layout and I'd,diodes
May be reversed.

You are right, if no parts no matter how good you are there is nothing can do about it. At current moment i did not source parts from China because i do not have a big quantity. I would usually source from the local supplier. Yes you can forward to me the address to my email and i appreciate for that.

Wow should be a big job for you Master, by the look at these boards for you Jestine is not a problem , regarding the transformer it's always the difficult part. In repairing when there is no such spare parts then no matter how good we are it's still no use, like a phrase can see but cannot eat haha. have u try the China market for the spares, if u need i can show u some, maybe u also have known the dealers already. Wish you the success and i always know Jestine Boleh haha

Hi Arjunaidi,

I did not bring any tools because the management wanted to see us and check if we could repair the boards or not. I told them that i have to bring the boards back and will let them know later. I have just ordered a 24 volt transformer just to power up the SMPS.

i am sure you can repaire all of boards much better than first day of use
and they will understand who are you . now it is too soon for them
