Yogesh Panchal: Your diagnosis and solution are correct. Having the builtin current safety eliminated the safety issue. Conferring with the customer is also necessary to do the quick fix. Good Job, well done.

I decided this fix because current is controlled by I/O - NPCE795PAODX this will shut down the power process if some irregularity found. I kept this laptop in Burn in test for two days after this Fix and it works without any problem....

One wonders why fixing the problem is so easy by just bridging over the bad chip's in- en output to provide the 3V3 on the screen's LCDVDD. It leaves open the question why they put it there?
Maybe for the under voltage protection the G5285 provides (what use that has is maybe also questionable) or the less than 1 uA consumption of the max 2A chip in switch off mode? Probably the LCD now draws current even when it normally would have switched off. But since you had no choice and the customer needed his laptop back right away it was a perfect solution! Hopefully the G5285 can still be replaced next time the customer can bring over his laptop again.

It probably is a good solution Yogesh since the chip is only a slew rate load switch chip. https://datasheetspdf.com/pdf-file/1260855/GlobalMixed-modeTechnology/G5285/1
The G5285 chip is rated at max 2A output. But the voltage underload function (why it is needed?) and the standby current of less than 1uA of course do not work without the chip.
