Samsungs manufactured in June of 2010 have to power turned up to high. Samsung will tell you thats not true, but our repair man told us that had numerous sets (samsung) all produced in the same month do exactly the same thing. The screen cracked for what seemed to be no reason.

samsung will not do anything for you, good luck.

This will be the last Samsung product we purchase they have NO customer service and will stonewall you at every turn.

Our set is less than a year old. It is a samsung 42inch. We have contacted the service center to have them come out. Will post an answer when we get a tech out here with answers.
