I am not sure if the here replaced P6KE diode needs to be any special high current type because it is normally placed in antiparallel (normally not conducting) over the DC + and - power input lines. And so it only conducts after a wrong input voltage polarization or overvoltage situation that immediately blows the in series placed high amp fuse with it.

There is really nothing more to explain Yogesh. All parts are readable on top and the P6KE18 diode is also shown next to the red and black 12V input wires in the photo on the right. If you also have a defect Zastone MP380 receiver transmitter everything will be very clear.

Where the xx presents the maximum overvoltage they are designed for. So they also protect for too high overvoltages.
