Great job with this article. I really liked the insight I had from it. I have Aiwa CX-NMT50 which appears to have the same tape mechanism as the Aiwa CX-NS22HR you discussed, my question: do you think they use the same BELT Sizes and measurements? My small ones are intact but main ones melted.

thank you so much for the info. How I wish there would be an explanation behind every solution.I am interested in electronic equipment repairing but I just don't have the money to buy the e-books and so I just wait for the info I can read from you. I hope in your article you will include how to test electronic components. Thanks and may God bless you...

So the resistor designations are still the same on the Original SANWA tester. If you have time look for the Sanwa Orig. and not the SUNWA thing cause they are more more durable/accurate than that fake or made in China or backyard sunwa tester.

Any one knows how to repair mobile phones? I have a Sony Ericsson Satio, which keeps losing the O2 signal. It would fail to display the O2 logo on the screen and when this happens, you can't phone out or in or send text or receive text. Don't want to scrap phone, wondering if any one knows how to repair this fault? Here is hoping, thanks.
