Samsung had a bulletin to adjust VS up or down 15v from the marked voltage of 188v.
Use a white raster to adjust the panel. This gets the gases energized and all the power supplies pulling maximum current. Set voltage in this order :
1 VA
2 VS
3 Z bias
4 Vset-up
5 Vset-down
The pots are inscribed on the circuit board.
