   HI JESTINE
   I have to tell that for prepar of this light some things are required :
   3 table spoon of clorex powder
   one plastic soda bottle with clear water.
   we have to add the powder to water befor and mix very well
   and then fill the bottle with this liquid . also sun rays must present to a part of the bottle just like video
