Bought Cordless ScrewDriver
I just came back from Carrefour (hypermarket) Kepong and bought a 3.6 Volt Black & Decker cordless screwdriver for technical use. The price of this cordless screwdriver is about USD25.00 (RM89.00) and I’ve seen some expensive one (from Pasar Road) mainly designed for heavy duty use cost more than USD200 to USD300! In fact my technical department have one but already spoilt so i bought this new unit. In some CRT and LCD Monitors especially those designs that have a big piece of metal shielding inside contains lots screw and it may take some of your time to open up all those screws. Those big bulky 20″ CRT Monitor sometimes could cause your hand to get tired just by only opening the screws.
This cordless screwdriver have the forward and reverse feature where you can easily tighten or unscrew it. I don’t use it all the time (unless the casing have lots of screws) i still prefer the long shaft Philip screw driver to open up the screws.
