Hitachi 14″ CRT TV Repair
The complaint of this Hitachi CRT TV was white screen with horizontal lines.
The first section to check is the output dc voltage from the flyback transformer.
The voltage should be about 180VDC and it is going to the CRT RGB circuit section.
The problem now is this voltage only measured 19.4 vdc which is too low.
I had to trace this 180 vdc circuit line and I found an electrolytic capacitor leads already bad and a leaky diode.
After the replacement of the both components, the voltage now read at 163.9 Volt which is still in the acceptable range.
Remember to clean the area with chemical and make sure all the components are properly fitted before turning On the power. Once done the cleaning, I powered On the TV and it was working fine.

Fine! A week ago a friend of mine brought Philips ( Model 21PT176) with the same fault (white raster with fly back lines). The 22microF/250V and the diode were fine and 175V was there.
I solved the problem by replacing the valve base with a new one!

i have 0v at rgb output of LA76810a. 8v supply to neck board is ok but 0v at rgb output pins so measured 0v at RGB amplifier transistors. There must be 3v at each pin of RGB output pins. Please help me what could be problem. What voltage supposed to be at input RGB pins coming from LA863328c IC. There is also 0v. I am too much confused whether first IC (LA76810a) is faulty or second on (LA863328c). Need your help dear experts
