The Printer Repair Course

For your information this Printer repair course was conducted by my working partner Mr William and this course was attended by four participants from Management And Science University. They work as IT Lab assistant. This is a 2 days program where the first day cover the Dot Matrix Printer and the 2nd day on the Laserjet.    I have been working on a Brother MFC9420 color laser. The paper frequently jams between the transfer roller and the fuser. The transfer roller feeds at a higher speed than the fuser intake, causing the paper to fold and jam. This printer's page count is 12,000 and the fuser is rated at 100,000 pages. Does Mr William have any tips on fixing fuser ?

   I have 2 DVD's of 1,100 printer and laptop service / parts manuals. I will be happy to mail Mr William a copy.
