Few months back i did blog a post about this website where a ERG member did not get his spare parts even after few months. Calling and emailing the owner have no respond from them as seems that they don’t even bother to take care of their reputation. Recently i got another two negative comments about this website and you can read it from THIS link.
I guess their service nowadays is not as good as last time and if you wish to order from them then perhaps you may need to take some risk of no customer support and no one pick up phone and is just answering machine. If you are from the USA then you can try call them and see if there is anyone answer the phone or not. I wish to hear your comment about this website.

I had a bad expreience witht these guys recenctly. You can read about it in my Blog, http://preher-tv.blogspot.com/2009/07/beware-bic-blue-star-international.html , they never responded to my emails and never answered the phone, sometimes an answering machine would pick up but it was so distorted I could not understand what it was saying. I will not use this company ever again.

For your info, not only about the above issues that matters, but the item quantity delivered is not the same with the quantity I ordered. So, for example if you order two items A & B, A for 3 and B for 5 pcs. Then the delivered parts might be A you get only 1 pc and B you get 7 pcs, without prior notice from them. I highly recommend all ERG members to buy from professional supplier which has online stock availability, so that you would know in advance whether they could provide the quantity you need or not.

Update on this part supplier - seems many more same problem occuring, now there is no way to contact anyone at the site.
