   Sir,
   Thanks you for encourage documentary video especially for ladies in the field of electronics.
   Womens should take part in electronics technology because off mindset sharing between man and women.
   Although, mans of every culture are working marvelously in electronics field but few things need to be considered like qualities of saving and environment makes better capabilities, which only found in womens.

   firstly, womens only do work in office hours except official politics.
   secondly, womens makes better environment and interior in surroundings where they works.
   thirdly, If females are present in offices than Mens in offices would be punctual, target achiever and well dress when womens especially, teen ages do works as colleagues.

   Here above is the phenomena of our society where mens always do rules every where. But, ruling behind the men will be the attractive women in general.
